What to expect when you contact Todd’s Graphics To Go.
You can expect the same quality products and services whether you come in to our shop or order online. 99% of our jobs follow the same course. First we will discuss what you’re looking for and what you expect to get out of it. Then we’ll give you a free quote. In most cases we take a 50% deposit and then get started on setting up the proofs. We will email or fax the proof to you and at that time we can go back and forth as many times as it take to get everything perfect. Once you’re completely satisfied with the layout, then we will proceed with production. After we’re done will give you a call, at which time you can come down to pick it up and pay the balance.
With our approval process, you will always be sure of what you’re getting; we guarantee it.
If you’re product doesn’t come out like the proof, we will replace it free of charge.
